Deeper than the name suggests

Idle Money Tree looks like the simplest possible idler and has more structure than that. Upgrades come as tiers — fertilizer being the first — each with its own level, its own multiplier and its own requirement before the next unlock. The fertilizer panel tells you plainly: each unit produces 8 per second, current multiplier 1, next upgrade requires 1 fertilizer.

Purchase tiers run from $15 up through $100, $1.9K, $12K and $130K, so the curve is real rather than decorative.

How to spend

• Buy the cheapest tier repeatedly until it stops being the best value per dollar, then move up. Do not skip tiers early.
• Multipliers apply to everything below them, so a multiplier is worth more the more producers you already own — buy producers first, multipliers second.
• Watch the "next upgrade requirement" line. Some tiers unlock on quantity owned rather than on money, and saving cash does nothing for those.

Idling it properly

It earns while the tab is open, so the correct play at any wall is to leave it and come back rather than to sit and watch the counter.

Come back with enough banked to buy two tiers at once — the second one is always cheaper in relative terms once the first is in place.
